At Asmar Poshak, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment doesn’t meet your expectations, our process is simple and transparent:
Step 1: Check Eligibility
- Items must be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Note: Custom-tailored or altered outfits and sale items are generally not eligible for exchange.
Step 2: Provide Proof of Purchase
- Please present your original sales receipt or digital invoice. This is mandatory to process any request.
Step 3: Visit Our Store or Ship Back
- In-Store: Visit us at Shop 114, 1st Floor, Rania Mall, Saddar, for an immediate exchange.
- Online/Remote: If you ordered via WhatsApp/Social Media, contact us at +92 300 9145554 to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Step 4: Quality Inspection
- Once we receive the item, our team will conduct a quick quality check. If the item meets our standards, we will proceed with the exchange.
Step 5: Choose Your Replacement
- You can exchange the item for a different size or any other product of equal or higher value (by paying the difference).
- Refund Policy: We offer exchanges or store credit only. As a standard boutique policy, we do not offer cash refunds.
Important Note on Damaged Goods
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please notify us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving it with photos of the defect so we can resolve it immediately at no extra cost to you.
